This is usually due to an incorrect email address. Please contact us at post@kokonorway.no and we will assist you.
Unfortunately, a completed order cannot be changed, as it is automatically activated in the warehouse system. If you want a different size or other items, place a new order and return what you don't want.
Fast shipping kr. 95,- Orders over kr. 1000,- are delivered free.
We usually pack on the same day. Delivery time is normally 1–5 business days after ordering.
Returns & exchanges
Register the return here in the return portal: https://returns.ingrid.com/kokonorway
Log in with your order number and email address. Register the return and receive a shipping label to print out, or a QR code to scan at a drop-off location. Drop off the package at a Postnord drop-off point. Remember to keep the receipt from the drop-off.
The return must be registered in the return portal and sent within 14 days.
You can choose to exchange the size for free in the portal if the desired size is available. If you want other items or a different color, please place a new order in the online store.
Return shipping costs NOK 95 for up to 3 products, and an additional NOK 50 per item beyond that. Free returns for size exchanges, which must be done through the return portal.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods. Garments must be unused with tags attached; if the tags have been removed, the return will not be accepted. Tights cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

No, you don’t need an account to shop with us. However, we recommend it – with an account, you can easily keep track of your order history.
Forgot your password? Click on "Log in" and select "Forgot password." Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to create a new password. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email. Remember to never share your password with anyone.
Other questions
We carry sizes 34–50. As a guide: 34=XS, 36=S, 38=M, 40=L, 42=XL, 44=XXL, 46=3XL, 48=4XL, 50=5XL.
The dresses are produced in Poland and Lithuania. We have close and regular contact with our factories.
We do not have our own retail store, but you can find Ko:Ko Norway at selected retailers. See our list of retailers.
We have created our own size guide here to help you find the right fit. As a rule of thumb, the sizes follow standard European measurements. Note that loose models may feel large – many then go down one size. There is about a 4 cm difference in circumference per size. See our size guide for more help.
All garments are designed by Stine Goksøyr – the founder of Ko:Ko Norway. Everything is designed from the head office in Fosnavåg, Sunnmøre.
