I have not received an order confirmation
This is usually due to an incorrect email address. Please contact us at post@kokonorway.no and we will assist you.
Unfortunately, a completed order cannot be changed, as it is automatically activated in the warehouse system. If you want a different size or other items, place a new order and return what you don't want.
Shipping costs NOK 95 for orders under NOK 1000. Orders over NOK 1000 are delivered free of charge.
We usually pack on the same day. Delivery time is normally 1–5 business days after ordering.
Returns & exchanges
Log in to your account and go to "My orders". Select the order you wish to return and follow the steps to register the return. You will then receive a return label by email, which you print and attach to the package. Deliver the package to your nearest PostNord service point.
Return shipping costs NOK 95 for up to 3 products, and an additional NOK 50 per garment beyond that. Free returns are offered when exchanging regular items over NOK 1000.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods. Garments must be unused with tags still attached. Tights cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Account
No, you do not need an account to shop with us. However, we do recommend it – with an account, you can easily track your order history, register returns and exchanges directly via "My Orders", and save time on future purchases.
Forgot your password? Click on "Log in" and select "Forgot password." Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to create a new password. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email. Remember to never share your password with anyone.
Other questions
We carry sizes 34–50. As a guide: 34=XS, 36=S, 38=M, 40=L, 42=XL, 44=XXL, 46=3XL, 48=4XL, 50=5XL.
The dresses are produced in Poland and Lithuania. We have close and regular contact with our factories.
We do not have our own retail store, but you can find Ko:Ko Norway at selected retailers. See our list of retailers.
We have created our own size guide to help you find the right fit. As a general rule, our sizing follows standard European measurements. Note that wide-leg models may feel large – many people go down one size in these cases. See our size guide for more help.
All garments are designed by Stine Goksøyr – the founder of Ko:Ko Norway. Everything is designed from the head office in Fosnavåg, Sunnmøre.
