This is usually due to an incorrect email address. Please contact us at post@kokonorway.no and we will assist you.
Unfortunately, a completed order cannot be changed, as it is automatically activated in the warehouse system. If you want a different size or other items, place a new order and return what you don't want.
We offer free shipping on orders over kr. 2,000. Shipping from kr. 69.
We usually pack the same day. Delivery time is normally 1 –4 business days after ordering.
Returns & exchanges

You have a 14-day return period. Log in with your order number and email address. Register your return and receive a return label to print, or a QR code to scan at a drop-off point. Drop off the parcel at a PostNord drop-off point. Remember to keep your drop-off receipt.
The return must be registered in the returns portal and sent within the 14-day return period.
If you would like other items, place a new order in the online store.
Return shipping costs from kr. 79,- for up to 3 products and then kr. 50,- per product beyond that.
You have a 14-day return period from the day you received the items. Garments must be unused and have their tags attached; if the tags have been removed, the return will not be approved. Tights cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returns must be registered in the returns portal and sent back within the 14-day return period.

No, you don’t need an account to shop with us. However, we recommend it – with an account, you can easily keep track of your order history.

We carry sizes 34–50. As a guide: 34=XS, 36=S, 38=M, 40=L, 42=XL, 44=XXL, 46=3XL, 48=4XL, 50=5XL.
Our products are manufactured in Europe. Mainly in Italy, Lithuania, and Poland. We maintain close and regular contact with our manufacturers.
We do not have our own retail store
We have created our own size guide here to help you find the right fit. As a rule of thumb, the sizes follow standard European measurements. Note that loose models may feel large – many then go down one size. There is about a 4 cm difference in circumference per size. See our size guide for more help.
All designs are created by designers at the headquarters in Fosnavåg in Sunnmøre.
