Refund policy

Return period: You have 14 days to return your order. Register your return in our return portal here: https://kokonorway.no/pages/retur-og-bytter

Return shipping: We have a flat return shipping fee of EUR 100.

Items must be unused with tags still attached. If the tag has been removed, the item cannot be returned. Items with makeup, strong perfume or other stains cannot be returned either. Tights cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges: If you would like a different item, please place a new order in the online store.

How to return: Log in to the return portal in the online store and register your return. This generates a return label / QR code. The return costs EUR 100.

Claims: For claims or damage that occurred during transport, contact us at post@kokonorway.no.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. It can take up to 14 days from when we register your return until the money is back in your account. You will receive an email from us both when we receive and when we process your return.
